GPU Database entries may be displayed publicly on ByteBazaar frontend pages. However, ByteBazaar does not publicly display the submitting user's username, email address, phone number, customer ID, or account profile details on public GPU Database pages.
ByteBazaar administrators may view account information linked to GPU Database entries for moderation, support, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, and security purposes.
You are responsible for any information, text, images, or other content you submit to ByteBazaar, including GPU Database entries.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
You should not upload images or enter text containing private information such as addresses, phone numbers, passwords, payment information, private documents, or other sensitive details.
By submitting GPU Database entries or other content to ByteBazaar, you grant ByteBazaar permission to store, process, display, reproduce, and use that content as needed to operate, promote, secure, improve, and moderate the service.
This permission allows ByteBazaar to show GPU Database entries publicly while keeping account identity information hidden from public frontend pages.
ByteBazaar may review, edit, hide, remove, or restrict access to any user-submitted content if we believe it violates these Terms, creates security or privacy concerns, is inaccurate or misleading, contains inappropriate material, or may harm users or the service.
ByteBazaar is not required to publish, maintain, or restore any submitted content.
The Price Comparator aggregates or displays product data from third-party websites, automated systems, or other external sources.
Information displayed may include:
ByteBazaar does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, availability, legality, current pricing, repair status, ownership history, warranty status, serial number information, or reliability of any product listing, third-party listing, or GPU Database entry.
GPU Database entries may be user-submitted and may contain mistakes, outdated information, or incomplete details.
ByteBazaar may link to third-party websites, stores, sellers, product pages, or external services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, pricing, availability, authenticity, shipping, refunds, warranties, support, privacy practices, or policies.
Purchases, payments, shipping, returns, refunds, and warranties are handled by the relevant third-party website, store, or seller.
ByteBazaar currently does not directly sell products, process payments, collect payment information, manage orders, arrange shipping, or handle refunds through the Price Comparator.
If direct checkout, paid features, or payment processing are introduced in the future, additional terms may apply.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continued availability of any specific feature.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteBazaar is not liable for losses, damages, disputes, purchases, sales, repairs, warranty claims, decisions, or actions arising from reliance on product information, third-party listings, GPU Database entries, user-submitted content, or website availability.
ByteBazaar may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of ByteBazaar after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
